We always aim to meet the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.
Although there's a short period between receiving your payment and starting the payment shipping process, depending on the payment option and the type of delivery you have selected, the cancellation option may be available.
If the status of your order is Awaiting Payment or Not Yet Shipped, we may have an opportunity to cancel.
You can check the status of your order by selecting Track Order on your account profile.
If your order status is Not Yet Shipped, please follow the easy steps below:
1) Select Orders under the My Account section.
2) Select Order Details.
3) Select “ Cancel Order”.
4) An online confirmation will pop up on your screen.
Please take note that we are unable to cancel an order once your order status is Shipped or Out for Delivery. Should it occur that we are not able to cancel your order, you can reject the parcel when the courier attempts delivery.
