If you requested a cancellation after your payment has been made and we still have an opportunity to cancel your order before it ships, we will automatically credit your Takealot profile.
You can see your credit balance by going to My Account Dashboard. Your credit will reflect under the Payments & Credits section.

If you paid by EFT or COD, you’ll need to provide us with your banking details. Credit card payments will be processed directly into the credit card account used to pay for the order.
All other payments will be refunded via the original payment method used to purchase the order.
It’s important to remember that refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to reflect depending on your payment method and the bank used.
