We always aim to meet the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.
We process orders as soon as we receive your payment as we want to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
This makes it impossible to make any changes to orders with items available directly at our warehouses. There's a period between payment confirmation and shipping process where we cannot make any amendments to your order.
You can place a separate order for items you want to add to your order.
If it happens that it's too late to amend your order or we are unable to assist you in cancelling the item in question, you can reject your parcel when the courier attempts to deliver.
