We only offer exchanges for fashion and sportswear items. These exchanges can only be for different sizes or colours provided that the sizes or colours requested are available.
In such a case, we will collect the product you want to return and deliver the requested product to you at no charge. If the requested colour or size of the item is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
To request an exchange, simply follow the steps below...
- Log Return.
- Select Log New.
- Select Return next to the item you would like to return.
- On the Reason for Return drop-down, select "This product is defective or damaged".
- Under Preferred Action, select Exchange
Please take note that, should the option to exchange not be available, it could be due to your item not being eligible to be exchanged.
