When you’ve logged a return for an item, it is brought back to our warehouse where it will be evaluated. To do a full evaluation of the item, we would need all components of the item, including the accessories.
When a return is received back at the warehouse without the accessories, this prolongs the length of time it takes to conclude your return as we would need to arrange another collection for the accessories to be collected.
It's important to have all components of the item you're returning packed and ready for collection.
