Currently, it’s not possible to cancel an item in your order without a little assistance from one of our friendly Online Shopping Assistants.
Depending on the payment option and the type of delivery you have selected, the cancellation option may be available.
You can check the status of your order by selecting Track Order on your account profile.
If the status of your order is Awaiting Payment or Not Yet Shipped, rest assured our friendly Online Shopping Assistants will respond to the service request you have already sent us.
Please take note that we are unable to cancel an order once your order status is Shipped or Out for Delivery. Should it occur that we are not able to cancel your order, you can reject delivery when our courier attempt to deliver.
