We always aim to meet the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.
To make your shopping experience convenient, we wait until all your items arrive with us before delivering them all to you in one go. This means that some lead time items (shipped in a number of working days) could hold up the delivery of your in-stock items.
On selected orders, we may be able to split your delivery, allowing your in-stock items to arrive faster. If you would like to request a split delivery, please let us know by replying to the email this article is linked to and one of our friendly Online Shopping Assistants will be happy to assist.
Please note that if either part of your new split order falls below R450, free delivery will no longer apply and our standard delivery fee will be charged.
For future orders, you may wish to separate In Stock items and purchase them separately to Lead Time items.
