To log a return, simply follow the steps below...
- Log Return.
- Select Log New.
- Select Return next to the item you would like to return.
- On the Reason for Return drop-down, select "This product is defective or damaged".
- Select your Preferred Action
Under Comments, make sure you include as much information as possible so we can be able to assist.
It's important to have all components of the item you're returning packed and ready for collection.
