We always aim to collect on the date we promise when we arrange a collection with you.
The provided date for your collection is dependent on different factors. Your address will determine whether we use our main courier facility, our regional branches if it is on the outskirts of town or rural areas or if we will use one of our third party courier partners as they could have different area deliveries.
We’ll always provide you with the earliest collection date available in order to move your return process along as quickly as possible.
