If your order has been delivered or collected and you discover one or more items are damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In order to investigate, we will require the following information:
- Please supply the number of items and product title that were damaged
- Confirm whether the packaging or the actual product/s have been damaged
Once we have arrange for collection (or drop-off at our warehouse), we will:
- Replace the item
- Credit your takealot.com account or Refund (if no available stock)
PS: If you have purchased an unboxed deal, we can only replace with an exact product also termed Unboxed Deal. If we have no available stock, we will gladly credit your takealot.com or refund you.
