Cancelled or returned items may be refunded at the customer's request - depending on their selected payment method.
If they have selected one of the following payment methods, they will be required to provide us with their banking details to process a refund to their bank account.
We will require the following information, and one of our friendly assistants will process the refund via CS Portal.
- Account holder name
- Bank name
- Branch code
- Account type
All other payment methods will be refunded directly, using the original payment method.
If you paid your order using a voucher, the amount will be credited to your Takealot.com account and can not be refunded. If you paid using a coupon, a new coupon code will be issued.
