An order which is awaiting payment confirmation, or have not yet shipped out of our warehouse, may be cancelled.
Depending on the payment option and the type of delivery you have selected, the cancellation option may be available.
You can check the status of your order by selecting Track Order on your account profile.
If the status of your order is Awaiting Payment or Not Yet Shipped, please follow these easy steps:
1) Select Orders under the My Account section.
2) Select Order Details.
3) Select Cancel Order.
4) An online confirmation will pop up on your screen.
PS: We are unable to cancel an order once your order status is Shipped or Out for Delivery. Should we not be able to cancel your order, you may reject the delivery when the courier arrives.
