If your order has been delivered or collected and you are missing one or more items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In order to investigate, we will require the following information:
- Please supply the number of items and product title you have not received
- Confirm if the order received was received in a good condition and sealed I.e. (box or parcel was not tampered with)
- If you did not take receipt of the item, please confirm who received order e.g. reception
We will confirm the action, within 24 hours of receiving your request, with one of the following outcomes below:
- Locate the missing items and will schedule delivery to you as soon as possible
- Replace the missing items, by creating a new order
- Credit your takealot.com account with the amount for missing items, if we no longer have stock available
