Customers may enquire about a particular product or stock quantities currently available or check in about stock availability.
After reading and interpreting the customer request, add the product details into the Website Search Bar:
Once you the product appears, click on the Description and Product
Depending on the specific customer query question you will need to first try to collect and validate the information provided on the site to resolve the customer query.
As per the example above, the customer's request could be resolved by reviewing the product display page and the customer will, therefore, receive quick feedback.
Click on Public Reply and respond to the customer with all the requested information.
As a last step ensure that you select the correct form and classification. (Question which one to use - product availability or Search and Navigation)
