Order Fulfillment - Indicates the delivery type chosen by the customer as seen above.
Delivery Waybill timeline provides a summary of the order delivery status from Instruction dropped till delivery.
The i next to the MDX number allows you to see the waybill log from the waybill. Clicking on the MDX number will allow you to click through to Mr D Express and open the waybill.
Customer Order tracking bar includes all dates as the order progresses to delivery
This features provides insight for troubleshooting e.g. failed deliveries – hub changes

Customer Order tracking events is a view from the customer’s profile Track Order view.
Please note, INTERNAL references a view from the waybill to help CS when interacting with the customer instead of going to check the waybill.
