Zendesk Customer Classification: delivery_/_collection____missing_items
The customer received their delivery or collection and is missing one or more items in the order.
When a customer contacts us regarding items missing from their order, we need to go through the following validity checks:
The customer will have 1 of 3 possible outcomes based on stock availability. It’s important to double-check stock availability before advising the customer of any outcome.
- Replacement of order/ parcel
- Partial replacement & partial credit (excludes COD)
- Credit (excluded COD)
