Zendesk customer classification: delivery_address_failure_pr_validation
Outbound comms that will be sent to the customer when attempting to make contact to verify address details.
Example of what will be sent to the customer:
In the event of an address failure, we request confirmation of the correct address from the customer. Once the customer confirms the address, we them schedule delivery for the next available business day.
Should we not hear back from the customer, we send the customer an email requesting the address and advising that should we not hear back from them, then their order will be returned back to the warehouse and their order will be cancelled.
