Zendesk customer classification: Delivery____Delivery_options_and_fees
When going through Checkout, to view delivery options available, customers need to select an address. Currently, we only deliver throughout South Africa as our website is built to support deliveries within the 9 South African provinces.
Should an international customer wish to place an order, they will not have an option to input an international address.
Our delivery options are determined mainly based on two things:
- Customer’s Address
- Product Availability
When customers purchase items on our website, each product page stipulates the number of days or weeks their product will take to be delivered. Depending on the shipping plan, the estimated delivery date is calculated in working days, therefore 1 week = 5 days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
At checkout, they will be offered various shipping options, such as Express shipment (Next Day, Same Day and Weekend Delivery) or Standard delivery. Express delivery is currently only available in certain areas and there is a surcharge depending on the delivery option the customer selects.
