Customers may contact us questioning why they do not have the option to pay with Cash On Delivery.
We don’t offer Cash On Delivery for any orders that include the following:
- digital products (e.g. eBooks, gift vouchers or airtime),
- customised products (e.g. a sports shirt printed with a personalised name),
- orders that total R5,000 or more,
- orders that will be collected from our warehouse,
- lead time items and those that are being delivered to an address falling outside of our Takealot Delivery Team area
