Important Update: Fulfilment Fee Adjustment Effective 01 April 2026

Since
our
last
fulfilment
fee
adjustment
on 1 March 2023,
we
have
continued
to
invest
in
infrastructure
and
logistics
capabilities
to
help
you
sell
more
efficiently

convert
more
customers.
These
investments
are
focused
on
one
objective: helping your products reach customers faster, more reliably and at greater scale.
At
the
same
time,
we
continue
to
navigate
rising
inflationary
and
operational
costs
across
transport,
infrastructure
and
labour.
To
ensure
we
can
maintain
service
levels
and
continue
investing
in
solutions
that
support
long-term
seller
growth,
we
will
be
implementing a fulfilment fee
adjustment effective 1 April 2026.
Fulfilment
fees
will
increase
by 7% across size and
weight bands.
All
other
fee
structures
remain
unchanged.
Please note: Fulfilment Fees are charged when an item is shipped from the DC. This means that lead-time items sold before 1 April 2026 but shipped on or after 1 April 2026 will be subject to the new fee.
