Why is my refund taking so long?

• EFT Methods (Ozow, PayFast, COD): 3-5 working days
• Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay): Up to 24 hours
• Buy Now, Pay Later Methods (PayJustNow, Payflex): Up to 24 hours
• Loyalty Points (eBucks, Discovery Miles): Up to 24 hours
• Takealot Account Credit & Vouchers: Immediate when processed

Common Reasons for Delays: 

Your refund might be taking longer due to
