Troubleshooting access problems
Please try the following if you have trouble accessing the Seller Knowledge & Ticket Centre:
- Ensure you are a Takealot Marketplace Seller (Account Owner, Primary Contact and/or Additional User)
- If you are a new Seller Portal user, please allow 24 hours from joining the Seller Portal to gain access. If more than 24 hours have passed, please reach out to Seller Support.
- Ensure you are accessing the centre using the email address registered on your Seller Portal account. No other email addresses will be permitted access.
If the troubleshooting steps did not resolve your issue, please reach out to Seller Support using the following reasons:
