Supplier Portal - Setting your password to log in to the Supplier Knowledge Centre

This article applies to all Retail Suppliers of takealot.com only. This does not apply to other merchants. If you could not find the help you were looking for, please contact Supplier Support.

Follow the steps below to set your password and log in.

Step 1 - Set the Password first

Navigate to the navbar and click Sign in on the top-right. A login window will appear, prompting you to sign in to the Knowledge Centre. 

Step 2a - Get a Password

Click "Get a Password" to be redirected to a window prompting you to enter the email address associated with your supplier account. 

Step 2b - Enter your Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your supplier account, then click submit. You will receive an email with instructions for setting up your password. Kindly follow the prompts to gain access to the Knowledge Centre. 

Step 3 - Let's Sign in

Enter the email address associated with your supplier account on the email field, and on the password field, enter the password you have just set and click sign in. 

Step 4 - Sign in Using Google sign-in

Suppose the registered email address is a Google Account. Click "Sign in with Google" to use your Google account. We recommend refreshing the page to view the Supplier Knowledge Centre once logged in. Please note that Google sign-in only activates once you create a password for the Knowledge Centre.  

Step 5 - Verify Full Access

After logging in, you can verify your full access if the widget in the Supplier Knowledge Centre is visible on the dashboard's landing page.
