Can I reschedule my return collection date or address?

Once you have received an SMS, by replying to the email, this article is linked to, one of our friendly Online Shopping assistants can reschedule your collection.

PS: Return collections can only be rescheduled between 08:00 to 19:00 on Mondays to Friday and will be confirmed by email or telephone.

Should you require to change an address, we will unfortunately need to cancel your original return request, and log a new return, selecting the new address for the collection.
