You can Log a Return using the below steps:
- Go to My Account
- Go to Returns
- Go to Log Return
- Select the Order - Select the Item
- Complete the Online Form
Return Reason:
An item can be returned for one of the following reasons based, on our returns policy rules and will be subject to evaluation upon collection

| Product no longer wanted | Within 30 days of delivery or collection |
| Wrong product delivered | Within 30 days of delivery or collection |
| Product delivered in poor or damaged condition | Within 30 days of delivery or collection |
| Missing parts or accessories | Within 30 days of delivery or collection |
| Product Defective or does not work | Within 6 months of delivery or collection or based on warranty period (stipulated on the product page) |
| Description on website not accurate | Within 30 days of delivery or collection |
| Manufacturer warranty (stipulated on product page) | Within 30 days of delivery or collection under one of the above reasons; thereafter a return needs to be logged with the supplier directly (stipulated on the product page) |
| Exchange (different colour variant or size) | Within 10 days of delivery or collection based on variants being available (If not available, a credit can be applied to buy another product of your choosing) |

Preparing your item:
- Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Please ensure that that passwords/ Find my device removed or deactivated before returning
- You must return the item in its original product packaging with all the accessories and parts included, and all seals must be intact (if applicable).
If you don’t, we will not accept the return and will send the item back to you.
However, you may log the return again if you can do so with all the missing packaging and parts, but we may charge you a fee for collecting the item from you and, where applicable, a fee for delivering the same or a replacement item back to you.
