Why was my order cancelled?

An order may be cancelled if there was a delay in payment, or if we are unable to fulfil the order.

Delays from your payment service provider could be a result. If you have a proof of payment, let us know by replying to the email this article is linked to with the date and time of payment, your payment method and payment amount.

Should your order be cancelled after you have made payment, it would usually be due to an issue with stock availability from our supplier. If this was the case, we will communicate via email and credit your account with the full amount you paid (PS: these exclude COD orders).
