If you received your order confirmation but not yet paid for your order (e.g. if you've selected to pay by Instant EFT via Payfast or Ozow), then you can request a cancellation here.
If you have paid already, your order can't be cancelled and your items can only be returned to us after they've been delivered. You can do this by following our returns process, as long as your order falls within our Returns Policy.
You can check the status of your order by selecting Track Order on your account profile.
I1) Select Orders under the My Account section
2) Select Order Details
3) Select Cancel Order
4) An online confirmation will pop up on your screen
