You are able to cancel your order
If you have not completed payment. Visit your Orders page, choose the order you would like to cancel and select the ‘Cancel Order’ button.
If you have already paid for your order, here are the steps to follow:
- Go to My Account: Log into your account.
- Go to Orders: Navigate to the Orders section under My Account.
- Choose the order you wish to cancel
- Click the ‘Cancel’ button
- Fill out the Request Cancellation form
If your item is in stock, it is already in the process of being fulfilled. Please allow up to 4 working days for your cancellation request to be processed and your credit or refund applied. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with details regarding your credit or refund.
Note:
- You won’t be able to cancel individual items, as the order has already been packed.
- Delivery fees and TakealotMORE benefits will not be reimbursed as the order is already in the process of being fulfilled.
If your item is not in stock or in the process of being fulfilled, one of our Customer Service agents will process your cancellation request within 48 hours. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with details regarding your credit or refund.
Can’t find a cancel button? Your order might not be eligible for cancellation.
If your order is already with the delivery driver or is being delivered by a courier other than our Takealot Delivery Team, here's what you can do next:
- accept the delivery,
- keep the packaging unopened, then
- log a return for your items. For more details, check out our Returns Process.
