If you received your order confirmation but not yet paid for your order (e.g. if you've selected to pay by Instant EFT via Payfast or Ozow), then you can request a cancellation here.
If you have paid already, your order can't be cancelled.
You can either contact us when you receive the sms confirming your delivery so we can stop and return the order
OR
You can reject the order when the driver attempts delivery
OR
You can log a return when you receive the order, granted that it meets our Returns Policy
You can check the status of your order by selecting Track Order on your account profile.
I1) Select Orders under the My Account section
2) Select Order Details
3) Select Cancel Order
4) An online confirmation will pop up on your screen
