It is not possible to add or remove items in your order.
On selected orders that have not been shipped from our warehouse, we could make changes to your scheduled delivery date, delivery address, shipping method or assist with an order item cancellation.
On orders that have been shipped, we cannot make these changes but you may find the option to cancel if it is eligible for cancellation.
