If you have not yet received an SMS, the estimated delivery date stated in your payment confirmation email will be the most accurate date for delivery.
You can reschedule your delivery date via our website or app if your order has been shipped from our warehouse and being delivered by the Takealot Delivery Team (as opposed to a third-party courier partner)
Reschedule Your Order In 4 Easy Steps:
- Go to your Orders page.
- Select the order you would like to reschedule.
- If your delivery is eligible for rescheduling, a Reschedule Delivery button will be displayed on the Order Detail page. (If you do not see the button, your order is not eligible for rescheduling)
- Choose a new delivery date from the available options and select Save Date. A confirmation message will be displayed to confirm that the rescheduling has been successful.
Please Note: You can only reschedule up to 7 days from the current date
