When will my order be delivered?

Standard Delivery Schedule:

• Main Centre Timescale: 2-5 working days 
• Regional Area Timescale: 2-6 working days 
• Remote Area Timescale: 3-7 working days 
• Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
• Delivery Times: 08:00 - 17:00 

Same Day Delivery: 

Available as an exception if:

• All products in the order must be in-stock
• Your order is confirmed (ordered and paid for) by 10:00 of that morning 
• Same day delivery option was selected when checking out 
• Delivery Times: 15:00 - 19:00 
• You're in a main center area

Next Day Delivery: 

Available as an exception if:

• All products in the order must be in-stock
• Your order is confirmed (ordered and paid for) by 23:59 the previous night  
• Next day delivery option was selected when checking out 
• You're in a main center area
   

Track Your Order:

• Use "Track Order" in your Takealot account
• Check email/SMS notifications
• Contact customer service with your order number

Factors that may impact your delivery:

• Route planning and driver capacity
• Your location (main center vs regional)
• Item type (bulky items need special scheduling)
• Address completeness and accessibility
