If your order has been delivered or collected and you discover one or more items are damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to investigate, we will require the following information:
- Please supply the number of items and product title that were damaged
- Confirm whether the packaging or the actual product/s have been damaged or looks tampered with
Once we have arranged for collection or drop off as a Takealot Pick up Point, we will:
- Replace the item
- Credit your takealot.com account or Refund back to your original payment method (if no available stock)
