We will need you to confirm:
Your order details, delivery address, and check if any items were canceled or split into separate deliveries.
Your Choice:
We'll ask how you'd prefer to be resolved while we investigate:
- Account Credit
- Refund
- Replacement Item (provided that we have stock available)
Our Investigation Process:
In order to investigate, we will require the following information:
- Please supply the number of items and product title you have not received
- Confirm if the order received was received in a good condition and sealed i.e. box or parcel was not tampered with
- If you did not take receipt of the item, please confirm who received order e.g. reception
We will confirm the action, within 24 hours of receiving your request, with one of the following outcomes below:
- Locate the missing items and will schedule delivery to you as soon as possible
- Replace the missing items, by creating a new order
Credit your takealot.com account with the amount for missing items, if we no longer have stock available
When You Notice Missing Items:
- Check thoroughly - look in all packages and packaging materials
- Keep everything - retain all packaging and delivery labels
- List what's missing - note exactly which items and quantities
- Contact us with your order number and missing item details
- Tell us your preference - credit, refund, or replacement
