Always use the preset form link

There are many ways to reach our support teams as a customer and as a Takealot Marketplace Seller. To make sure your query reaches the right support team, please make sure you use the preset link.

Why is this important?

Using the preset link, your query will reach our Seller Support team and avoid delays via our Customer Support Team.

How can you easily identify if you are on the right form?

You will notice that the preset link contains the dropdown items and identification fields that allow us to identify you as a seller and address your query swiftly. An easy way to identify whether you are on the correct form is to scroll down and look for the Seller ID field. If you can't see it, simply reopen the Contact Form link, which can also be found in the Need Help menu of your Seller Portal.
